LONDON, Dec 20 (Reuters) - Alastair Cook has been dropped from the England squad for next year's 50-over World Cup in Australia and New Zealand with Eoin Morgan taking over as captain, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) confirmed on Saturday.
