Leander Paes remembers maiden Wimbledon title win

India’s tennis star Leander Paes celebrated his first Grand Slam win as he shared a picture of his on Facebook.

The picture shows a young, 17-year old Paes posing with the junior Wimbledon title.

He now has eight doubles and seven mixed doubles Grand Slam titles to his name.

Paes, who is now 42, has been a veteran in Indian tennis circuit.

Paes has represented India at several international events and also won a bronze at the Atlanta Olympics in 1996.
