Shashank Manohar formally elected as BCCI president

Shashank Manohar has been formally elected as BCCI president at the board’s special general meeting in Mumbai on Sunday. Manohar has earlier served the board as president between 2008 and 2011.

After Jagmohan Dalmiya’s death, Manohar became the only person nominated a day before the election.
