By David Gray PERTH, Nov 14 (Reuters) - Opener David Warner was dismissed for 253 and Australia were 486 for four at lunch as New Zealand's bowlers finally slowed the flood of runs on day two of the second test on Saturday. After wreaking carnage at the WACA on the opening day of the test, Warner had added just nine runs to his monumental tally when he was caught in the slips off the bowling of Trent Boult early in the session.
