Team bowled out for a duck in six-a-side contest

Bapchild Cricket Club wasn’t able to get off the mark in their match against Christ Church University in Canterbury. It was a six-a-side game of indoor championships match. The Christ Church got rid off the Bapchild batsmen cheaply.

“We couldn’t believe it, all they needed to do was hit a wall to get one run,” Christ Church player Mike Rose told the Crawley Observer.

This is not the first time that a team has been sent back to the pavillion for a duck. Langport, a Somerset club, scored zero as a team total.

Martin Walters were out for zero in 8.2 overs against Kent village team Saltwood CC.

The lowest international totals are 26 by New Zealand in Tests against England, 35 by Zimbabwe against Sri Lanka in ODIs and 39 by Netherlands against Sri Lanka in T20I.
