Twitter lauds India on historic series win in Sri Lanka

India registered a Test series win in Sri Lanka after a gap of 22 years as they defeated Sri Lanka by 117 runs in the third Test in Colombo on Tuesday.
Chasing 386 runs for the win, Sri Lanka were all out for 268 with Angelo Mathews scoring 110 and Kusal Perera hitting 70. They shared a 135-run stand for the fifth wicket and threatened to take the game away from India but R Ashwin dismissed Perera to turn the match.
Twitter praised the effort from the young Indian team and congratulated it for the historic series win in Sri Lanka.
