Former India cricketer Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun on Thursday was picked in Mumbai U-16 squad for Vijay Merchant trophy match against Baroda.
Just a day before, Arjun had showed glimpse of a quality all-rounder as he scored a ton (116) and then registered figures of 4/73 turning up for Sunil Gavaskar’s XI in an U-16 tourney.
His innings was laced with 16 fours and two sixes. He later on chipped in with the score of 40 runs in the second essay.
