India A replied strongly to South Africa A on Day 2 of the second unofficial Test at Wayanad on Wednesday as the home team took a 82-run lead by the time the stumps were called.

Riding on the half-centuries of Ambati Rayudu (71), Abhinav Mukund (72), India ‘A’ posted 342 at the loss of six wickets.
Earlier on Day 1, South Africa A were bowled out for 260 thanks to the five-for from Axar Patel.
