Ranji Trophy Group C: Ravindra Jadeja traps Tripura in spin web
Ravindra Jadeja snared up six wickets as Saurashtra dismissed Tripura for 103 to enforce a follow on at stumps on day two of the Group C match in the Ranji Trophy.
Tripura were struggling in their second innings too, ending the day at 11 for three with Jadeja picking up two wickets to take his match haul to eight.

Jadeja, out of the Indian team, was menacing with his left-arm spin after scoring a solid 91 on day one.
Saurashtra, resuming the day at 270 for six, added 47 runs to their first innings total to post 307.
Sheldon Jackson, who was batting on 82 overnight, was dismissed by Tushar Saha three runs short of a hundred.

Kerala 158/2 after J&K make 330
Kerala made a positive start after Jammu and Kashmir posted 330 all out in their Group C Ranji Trophy cricket match.
Starting on their overnight score of 247 for seven, the hosts rode on senior batsman Bandeep Singh’s 82 and his 120-run partnership for the eighth wicket with Waseem Raza (73) before being bowled out in 106.5 overs at the Sher-i-Kashmir Stadium.
In reply, Kerala ended the second day at a solid 158 for two in 68 overs.
Pathania match haul of 13 wkts takes Services on verge of win
Pacer Diwesh Pathania, playing his maiden first-class match, grabbed seven wickets in Jharkhand second innings in a brilliant bowling show for a match haul of 13 as Services closed in on a big victory.
Pathania, who collected 6 for 19 in the first innings to bundle Jharkhand out for 45, picked up 7 for 64 on the second day on Friday to run through the visitors even in their second essay, meaning Services needed just 77 for the win.

Hyderabad declare at 325/9, Goa 47/1 on rain-affected day
Hyderabad made 325/9 declared against hosts Goa, who reached 47 for one in the rain-affected second day of the four-day Ranji Trophy Group C league match played at GCA Ground.
Play resumed half an hour late this morning due to overnight rain which had forced umpires to call off the play early on Thursday with 21 overs left. Showers again interrupted proceedings after lunch when just three overs were bowled.
Umpires inspected the ground at 1545 hrs after which the match resumed at 1620 hrs.
