MELBOURNE, Dec 29 (Reuters) - The West Indies top order held firm after the loss of opening batsman Kraigg Brathwaite to push the tourists to 64 for one at lunch on day four of the second test against Australia on Tuesday, still 396 runs adrift of their victory target.
